Membership Policies
- A minimum commitment of six months is required for membership.
- Memberships renew automatically monthly.
- Auto-renewal price is subject to change.
- Gratuity will only be charged at the time service is rendered.
- To cancel, a written notice must be submitted 30 days in advance following the initial monthly payment, and a confirmation of termination is required for the notice to be effective.
- Upon termination, accumulated member credits expire and are non-refundable 90 days after written notice of cancellation.
- Members are entitled to discounts, including $10 off spa services and a 10% off retail products.
- Members have the option to transfer service credits or carry over unused services to the next month. These credits may not be refunded or withdrawn.
