A valid credit card or The Spa at Palencia gift card is required to make an appointment. A card on file is considered acceptance of our late cancellation and missed appointment policies.
Please arrive on time or a few minutes early for your appointment. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be charged a no show fee or receive a shortened service to avoid disrupting scheduled appointments. Full payment for originally booked service will apply. Late arrival does not constitute extended service time.
